Philosophy
ESA Technology accesses the factory automation and process control
market via High Tech Distributor and Manufacturers Rep
Partners. Our
goal is to provide technical sales resources to our customers
through local technical Distributors and/or Representatives
that have a close relationship with the factory.
This approach allows local, personal, same time zone
assistance which is augmented with factory application
engineering personnel.
Each of
ESA Technology's Distributors is chosen because of their technical
sales and support personnel, value added engineering
resources, complimentary products on their line card, and
honest approach to business.
We have at least one, and usually
two Distributors in each major geographical region of
United States and Canada, and one Distributor in many of the
countries of Europe and Asia.
We are currently seeking qualified Distributors for
Latin America.
In some
major industrial areas of the United States, we also retain
Manufacturers Representatives to service larger OEM and System
Integrator accounts. Our
Reps act as local agents for the factory, and unlike our
Distributors, they do not necessarily provide major technical
support or integration capability – this is provided
directly from the factory.
Location
ESA Technology has
over 60 Distributors in North America, Europe, and
Asia-Pacific Regions. We
are currently looking for Distributor Partners for Central and
South America - for
these areas, please consult the factory directly.
Pricing
ESA Tech publishes an OEM Price for all our products and this is made
available to our Distributors and Reps. Local pricing may vary from this list, and so we recommend
you contact your local Distributor for price and availability.
Direct sales from ESA Tech with Rep involvement are on a
contract basis only, and depend on configuration, terms of
delivery and payment, and quantities. |
