Bug fixes

• Fixed the recipe system’s copy screen to properly error out when there are no open records or when you attempt to copy to an already existing record.  It also properly cleans up on exit so the recipe select screens work.  The recipe screens must be regenerated for the updated basic code to be added.

• Code added to popup numeric and alpha data entries to close popup after 30 seconds.  To use on existing programs, delete the _PopupNum and _PopupAlpha screens, save and close the program, and reopen it.  This will recreate the popup screens with the new code.
